Each model will bring two holiday-themed glam outfits in white, cream, red, or dark green — giving photographers eight total looks to capture.

What Is a Photo-Event?

A photo-event is a professionally organized, themed photoshoot where photographers work in small, guided groups to photograph multiple models across styled sets and outfits.

Unlike casual meetups, a Styled Photo-Event provides:

• Professional models
• Curated wardrobe + themed sets
• Structured shooting rotations
• Equal, uninterrupted time for every photographer

This format ensures consistent results, creative variety, and portfolio-ready images for all levels.

Rotation Format

To maintain a smooth and fair shooting experience:

• 40 minutes with each model
• 20 minutes per outfit / per look
• Maximum of 3 photographers per group
• Every photographer will shoot every model in every look
• ShutterFam staff will guide all transitions

This structure ensures balanced time, clean sets, and an elevated creative environment.

Schedule

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
Arrival Window — check in, explore the studio, meet other photographers, and settle in.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Full rotation-based photo-event with all four models and eight total looks.

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Pack-up and wrap.

Model Releases & Usage Rights

All models have signed the official ShutterFam Model Release for this event.
Photographers automatically operate under this same release by checking the agreement box during registration.

This confirms that:

• You may publicly post and use the images created at this event
• Photographers retain ownership of photos they capture
• Registration cannot be completed without acknowledging these terms

This keeps everything consistent and professional for both photographers and models.

Lighting Policy

To maintain a consistent visual environment and ensure an optimal experience for all photographers, colored or continuous RGB lighting is not permitted at this event.

Approved lighting options include:

• Natural light
• On-camera or off-camera flash
• Standard white continuous lighting

This guideline preserves the look of the styled sets, keeps rotations smooth, and ensures every photographer captures clean, cohesive, portfolio-ready images.
